Tall Ships 2013
Sail training ships crewed by young people aged 15-25 from all over the world gather for the Tall Ships Race. The fleet ranges from the largest square-rigged vessels to smaller boats - traditional and modern.
You race at sea all day and all night for about a week, and then party in the finish port, which always lays on a great welcome. Challenge and celebration!
Always an unforgettable experience.

Arhus (Denmark) - Helsinki (Finland) - Riga (Latvia) - Szczecin (Poland), plus some exciting adventure voyages to get the vessel out to and back from the Baltic, via Cuxhaven (Germany) and the Kiel Canal.
Unfortunately, even though we are a not for profit charity, we have to charge for crew berths , but at £60 pppd we are the cheapest and will help you raise the money. See costs here.
Why race on Leila?
- We offer the lowest cost per day
- With a smaller boat, you get to be more involved
